My approach explained

Holistic & Decolonial

In my consulting work, a decolonial approach means questioning the systems, norms, and practices that perpetuate inequality, bias, and chronic exhaustion within organizations and individuals. I focus on nurturing inclusive spaces where historically silenced perspectives are heard and valued, while also encouraging clients to rethink how their cultural, historical, and social contexts shape their growth and decision-making. It’s about fostering a mindset that challenges conventional, North American-centric ideals of success and explores paths that allow for greater self-expression, agency, and meaningful alignment with people’s current realities.

My holistic approach emphasizes understanding individuals and organizations as interconnected systems, where personal, emotional, and social dimensions influence one another. In my practice, fostering growth by considering the full spectrum of experiences, needs, and environments. Whether it's personal development or organizational change, we go beyond the surface to explore deeper patterns and interconnected factors. I aim to provide strategies that foster alignment, sustainability, and balance—ensuring that transformation is both meaningful and supportive of overall well-being.
